We review your fees periodically to make sure they still fit your business.
Core gets your books accurate and tax-ready, but you’ll wait longer for reports and get minimal advisory support. Pro and Elite include priority turnaround, enhanced reporting, and proactive insights about your business performance. Think of Core as “clean books,” while Pro/Elite are “books that help you make money.” Most service businesses making over $500K annually need Pro or Elite to really maximize the value.
You’ll have accurate, up-to-date financial reports every month that actually help you make business decisions. Most clients tell us they feel relief within the first month knowing their books are handled properly, and by month three they’re using their P&L to spot profit trends and make smarter spending choices. You’ll also be completely prepared for tax season instead of scrambling at the last minute.
We’re based in Wichita Falls, Texas, and we work with business owners entirely remotely. Our cloud-based systems let us deliver high-quality service wherever you are. A business across the state will get the same exact service as a business down the road. You’ll still get the personal touch you’d expect from a local bookkeeper, with someone who knows your business and is just a call or message away.
While monthly bookkeeping is our base service, we also offer add-on services such as payroll, sales tax filings, and 1099 preparation. These additional services are available exclusively to our bookkeeping clients and are billed as separate, fixed fees on top of your base service. If you prefer, you always have the option to handle these services on your own. To ensure we can keep your books accurate and timely, we simply ask that any records you manage are kept reasonably current and complete.

While we don’t handle tax return preparation ourselves, we work closely with your tax professional to provide everything they need. We require our clients to engage a qualified tax preparer so they get the best possible tax outcome.
